Wednesday Night Racing

Members race regularly on Wednesday evenings, and we usually get together for some snacks and stories afterwards. Visitors: you are welcome to join us on our boats, or on your own. While most of the members' fleet is in the 25 - 36' range, the club's 420 dinghy is available to WMYC members for these races. See Wednesday Night Racing for our 2017 schedule and details.

MacAskill Cup Regatta

This will be the 28th year running the MacAskill Cup. As is our usual tradition, warm-up races will be held on the club's buoyed short course, nearby the canal on Friday afternoon. The big race starts on Saturday morning, approximately 25 nautical miles on the lake (course determined based on wind and weather conditions). More details here. July 28 & 29, 2017. Afterwards, join us for awards, legendary chowder and fun & games ashore.

This 42' blue whale took the top prize at a past NiteLite Parade. Capt. Ken LeVesconte and family aboard Dunscrapin.
